This is a 2 hour facilitated session on Microsoft Teams for anyone wishing to practise their coaching skills. It complements the Rough Guide to Coaching & Developing People workshop and is an opportunity to practise and get feedback on the skills covered at that event.
If you are new to coaching you should attend the Rough Guide workshop first to get the basics as there will be very little teaching at this one.
Please note, this event needs at least 2 attendees to run effectively so will be subject to cancellation if the requisite number of people are not booked on.
For those attending, please come with a current developmental challenge that you are prepared to share with others.

Work can be rich with opportunity. Through work we can learn and grow, develop and contribute, build our careers, earn our living and provide for our family. It can also be challenging, demanding and exhausting; never more so than in having to adapt recently to the profound changes brought about by Covid-19.
Everyone has to cope with the stresses and strains of work and everyday life, you will have developed coping mechanisms that help you deal with familiar adverse situations and many unfamiliar ones. Some of your coping mechanisms however, aren't so effective and can sometimes make situations worse. What separates those who can hold their own and keep going in times of adversity is a cluster of habits that centre on resilience. This workshop will explore what resilience is and the habits that strengthen your resilience enabling you to:
• Deal with pressure and handle stress
• Maintain your motivation and engagement
• Develop and sustain self-esteem
• Bounce back from set-backs and disappointments
• Transform your work life
